While we strive to maintain your satisfaction, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.
Please ship unopened products back to us within three (3) business days of receiving your order, packages must be unopened, partially used or opened products will not be refunded.
Shipping charges and credit card fees are non-refundable.
If you receive the wrong product we will pay for the return / re-shipment, otherwise the customer pays for return shipping on any order.
You must include the invoice that arrived with your original order.
Please allow 2-5 business days for credit card return processing and 14 business days for check or money order returns.
No refund on items damaged by the carrier, you must file a claim with the carrier.
Orders are processed within 3 – 4 business days.
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, products ship USPS or UPS.
